THE NJ HALL OF FAME SELECTION PROCESS
- Anyone can recommend deserving New Jerseyans at any time, year-round. Public recommendations will be taken into consideration by the selection committee when determining the top 120 nominees. Click here to recommend a worthy New Jerseyan.
- The selection committee determines a list of 120 potential nominees.
- Confidential ballots are then sent to the New Jersey Hall of Fame Voting Academy to narrow the potential nominee list down to 60.
- The public will then be invited to vote on the nominations.
- With the public’s vote being considered, the Board determines which inductees are selected in each category.
- Inductees are announced at the end of June.
